Lynsey MacDonald

Formally a trainee psychologist working with life sentenced prisoners, Lynsey MacDonald has been working for Nouveau Beauty Group since June 2007. Inspired by Karen’s determination and drive (and wanting to make sure she can get her permanent make-up topped up for the rest of her life and her roots tinted) Lynsey decided to leave the prison and pursue a new path in salon management/marketing.

Over the next twelve months Lynsey aims to extend Nouveau Beauty Group’s celebrity client list and promises to provide existing and new clients with the most up to date information on the latest cutting edge hair creations you see on the catwalk. By networking with the industries best it is Lynsey’s aim to make sure Nouveau Beauty Group goes from strength to strength.

Sharon Skelding

Sharon Skelding (Racoon hair extension specialist) has been with Nouveau Hair & Beauty for ten years now. Whilst fully qualified to carry out most if not all hair procedures Sharon excels in transforming the appearance of clients hair with the most respected products in the business.

Originally from the states Sharon likes to be ahead of the game so when Racoon launched Micro-weft’s a form of hair extension that takes 1 hour to put in, lasts 4-6 week and wait for it… is re-usable, Sharon took herself off to Leeds and was one of the first to train in this new technique.

Kerry Morrell

Following in Karen’s footsteps Kerry Morrell is fast becoming a local celebrity as people come from near and far to sample her artistic hair designs. Specialising in wedding hair and make-up Kerry recently did the hair for an article, which featured the 80’s singer Sinitta ‘Try my beauty secrets’ in the September 2007 edition of Woman’s Own.

Also qualified to apply eyelash extension’s Kerry can combine her skills to create the perfect wedding package for that all-important day.

Jane Tindall

Nail technician, eyelash trainer, former salon manager and hairdresser would best describe our longest standing member of staff Jane Tindall. Over the years Jane has taken on nearly every role imaginable in the salon and being a close friend of Karen’s has also helped out at most of the beauty shows and travelled the length and breadth of the country to train people in eyelash extensions.

Now concentrating on nail and eyelash extensions due to popular demand Jane has performed Nouveau Lashes on Miss World, Jade Goody's mum (extreme make over UK) and a very famous model - Naomi Campbell. Since raising her profile Jane has been asked to perform the lash treatments on the seconds series of WAG’s boutique.

Louise Rooney

Louise is our part time nail technician and has worked with Nouveau Hair & Beauty since 2004. Trained using the Creative system Louise offers an extensive range of treatments. For heavenly hands and fabulous feet please ask for Louise.

Melissa Hayse

Melissa Hayse is our youngest member of staff. A second year junior Melissa is worth her weight in gold. Not only does she keep the salon floor immaculate, keep all the clients and staff well fed and watered she is fantastic at head massages and can blown hair so straight she can give a pair of ghd’s a run for their money. Nadine

Hairdressing is something Nadine has always been interested in. Nadine is a creative individual who specialises in pin-up's and curling. Training with the Lesley Francis College, Nadine is a new and valued team member.

Kirsty

Another new team member to welcome is Kirsty. Kirsty loves the friendly environment in Nouveau Hair & Beauty and is fast becoming a favourite with clients for her bubbly nature. Training with Dimensions Kirsty hopes to become a fully qualified stylist in her own right.
