Welcome to Nouveau Hair and Beauty Salon, I’m Debbie and as the Manager I am responsible for ensuring you have the best experience possible. As a childhood friend of Karen’s, I have pretty much spend all my adult life working in the salon, from being a hairdresser to a trainer for Nouveau lashes and now the manager. Leading a hectic life both at work and at home keeps me motivated, as I am also a professional singer doing frequent club gigs I enjoy that feeling of making people smile! This is also reflected by my role as manager of the salon! My 2 Jack Russell dogs and my family are my ‘chill out’ time, hopefully I can ensure your ‘chill out’ time is spent here at NBG salon! I look forward to welcoming you!
LEE - Receptionist
After being a client at Nouveau Hair and Beauty I loved it so much I decided to work with the team! I’m Lee and I run the reception and client care aspect of the salon at the busiest time of the week - weekends, but you will always find me with a smile on my face! I am also trained in semi permanent make up and can pretty much multi task (which being a mum comes in very handy). I love welcoming both new and regular clients and find it really satisfying when we make a client feel amazing after their visit! I have recently started skiing and love walking in the Dales to clear my head! I guess you could say I just love life...
MELISSA - Creative Stylist
Hi I’m Melissa and I’m classed as the quirky but quiet one in the salon. I love the fashion industry and with hair being a big part of that there’s nothing better than making a client feel transformed! I love being able to use colouring as a way of expressing my clients personality and am regularly going on courses to improve and be kept up to date with the latest techniques! Outside of work I love being involved in competitions, seminars and photoshoots, my ambition is to do a huge show of my own, watch this space!! So if you need a total change or just some advice on what will suit you, let me work my magic...
NICOLA - Creative Stylist
I’m Nicola and I feel like part of the furniture here at Nouveau Hair and Beauty. I have been hairdressing for 15 years and have gained a reputation for my perfection in both hair ups and hair extensions! I also have a passion for colouring and love seeing my clients happy when they see their finished look. Time away from the salon is spend with my gorgeous young son and my family, and my claim to fame has to be doing Amy Childs hair.

Hi there, I’m Kerry and I am proud to say I have worked for Nouveau Hair and Beauty salon for 15 years now. I specialise in hair and make up especially for weddings but to be honest I love all aspects of my job. In my spare time you will find me either shopping, making clothes or simply being a mum. Hi I’m Nadine and I am known as the ‘makeover queen’ in the salon. I love doing all aspects of ‘glam’ from hairdressing to make up to HD brows (which I have now been called lash and brow queen). I specialise in make-overs, hair ups and weddings but still love the regularity of colouring and cutting. As a lash technician also, I can make you feel amazing with not just your hair but those ‘secret essentials’ to get you looking glam (lashes, brows and lipgloss!) I look forward to glamming you up.... EMMA- Creative StylistHi I'm Emma and I have been here at the salon since leaving school (I wish I could say that was very recently but unfortunately not!). I absolutely love coming to work and athough I only work part time because of my 2 children, my passion for the hair and beauty industry has never changed. My specialities include Hair extensions and the ability to do a complete make over on you as I am also trained in Lashes, HD Brows, and make up as well as all aspects of hairdressing. The other girls say I am the lively one in the salon, I just class myself as happy! SHARON- Creative Hair & Beauty Thanks for looking at my profile, let me tell you about myself. I'm Sharon and I have been working at the salon since leaving school. My career has gradually developed over the years from being a hairstylist to also becoming a trainer at our academy for Hd brows and semi permanent make up. I love the fact that my job is varied as I also do these treatments on clients in the salon aswell. I love enjoying myself with a cheeky drink on a weekend but most of all I love the place I work and the clients that come with it! RAYA - StylistI am a recently qualified stylist and specialise in pin ups and wedding hair. Also I love to do advanced colouring. I have recently trained in HD Brows and I'm now undertaking Let's Go Lashes training to add to my skills! I like to make our clients feel transformed and be able to advise them on the latest trends. DANIELLE – TraineeI’m Danielle and the baby of the team at the moment (which I sometimes like if the girls look after me and spoil me!) I’m currently training at a rate that will make me qualify ahead of my time as I love doing extra training with the girls and learn so much from all their skills. I love doing relaxing scalp massages on clients as it lets them de-stress and gives them a treat which is what our salon is all about. I also love blowdrying and colouring and that we can specialise in HD brows and lashes and be trained by our sister company (Nouveau Beauty Group) by the best trainers even though we are hairdressers. It gives us an edge that we can do everything in one place so I can’t wait to finish my training. I’m a typical teenager that loves shopping and socialising, life is good! I am the lucky one in the salon as I am the only guy working with all the lovely girls! I’m Dale and I have been at Nouveau Hair and Beauty as long as I can remember! I specialise in Men’s barbering and creative cutting which is definitely an art! I love seeing a ‘perfect’ cut and am a great perfectionist when it comes to my work. I am excited that all the traditional styles are making a comeback as I believe the best cuts are the simplest ones done well! I am looking to introduce ‘wet shaving’ to the salon in the near future so watch this space!!!
JANE - Facial Specialist & Lash ExpertI’m Jane and I work alongside Karen running her clinics as well as working part time in the salon. Originally a hairdresser and manager of the salon I have now built my career path in both training and helping the company doing ‘celeb’ clients, press days and events, but most importantly I love my clients. I specialise in our revolutionary A LIFT facial aswell as lashes, LVL and HD Brows. Outside of work I’m a typical girly girl (as well as a mum) and love nothing better than being pampered, shopping and the odd vodka and tonic. I’m Mel and I am the lively character in the salon who can make those ‘little things special!’ Specialising in nails, toes and all things that can sparkle my clients know that I am a perfectionist when it comes to my work. The eye for detail is really important in what I do and I love trying new nail techniques and colourways to give you something bespoke! I am also trained in HD Brows, LVL , Nouveau Lashes and Let’s Go lashes so I really am a ‘one stop shop’ which my clients love as they can come here and have it all under one roof! Away from work I am a keen horserider and love the outdoor country life! I always use Shellac polish though so my nails don’t chip! LOUISE - Nail Technician
Hi I’m Louise and I am an experienced nail technician that loves to be creative through my work! I specialise in acrylic nails, pedicures, manicures and shellac and gel polish combinations. I often make bespoke colours and designs for my clients so you can have something unique. I love my job as it often makes clients feel more colourful and groomed when their nails are looking good. As a mum of 2 I don’t get too much free time but when I do I like the simple things in life- time with my family! Hope to see you soon! |
